The front of the Fabfob contains our contact details (web address and telephone number).
The back of the Fabfob contains your unique QR code that the finder can scan with their mobile phone to notify you that your keys have been found. If they can't scan the QR code, then they can quote the unique Fabfob ID code and security number printed on your card when calling us or visiting our website. Either way - you get your keys back - fast!

All you need to do is attach the Fabfob to your keyring and you're protected; Instantly increasing your chances of recovering your lost keys from 5% to 90%!

 

[+] How many keys can I tag?

As many keys as you like as long as they are on one key ring. You can buy multiple Fabfobs if you want to tag more than one key ring.

[+] What happens when someone finds my keys?

You will receive a text and email the second they let us know they have found them. This is an automated process so there is no delay in letting you know.

[+] Who pays the finder the reward?

You are responsible for paying the finders reward, so bear this in mind when you set the sum you offer when you activate your Fabfob.

[+] How are my keys returned?

It is up to you and the finder to come to an arrangement that works best for you both.

[+] What is a QR code?

QR or Quick Response Codes are a type of two-dimensional barcode that can be read using smartphones and dedicated QR reading devices, that link directly to text, emails, websites, phone numbers and more! You may have even got to this site by scanning a QR code!
With as many as half of us now owning smartphones, and that number growing on a daily basis, QR Codes have the potential to have a major impact upon society and particularly in advertising, marketing and customer service with a wealth of product information just one scan away.

The finder has the option of contacting us on our 24/7 emergency hotline and we will then ensure that we contact you by phone, email or text.

Simply login to your Fabfob account at Fabfob.com and update your details.

[+] What happens if I damage my Fabfob?

Contact us and we will replace it for only the cost of the postage.
